How long is the voucher valid for?
6 months from the date of purchase. The recipient chooses the day that works best within that period.
When do I receive the voucher?
The digital one arrives by email on the same day, after payment is confirmed. Mystery boxes can be picked up at Estádio do Dragão.
What if more people show up?
No problem. The voucher value is deducted and they only pay the difference for the extra participants.
How does the mystery box work?
It's a small puzzle that needs to be solved to get to the voucher. If no one can open it, our team will help on the day of the session.
Who can use the voucher?
Everyone from ages 4 to 100. You don't need to know how to paint — that's exactly the point.
What forms of payment do you accept?
MB WAY, Multibanco, card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been used, the voucher can be passed to whoever you want. It is non-refundable.
What clothes should participants wear?
Clothes and shoes that can get dirty. We provide protection, but the paint has a mind of its own.
